Your transaction will be dealt with under the personal supervision of
Mr. Johnston, Consultant with over 25 years experience assisted by Mrs

We do not offer a fixed fee for Commercial transactions
such as Business Leases: Sale and Purchase of Businesses and Lease Assignments.
our costs will be calculated at an hourly rate in accordance with time
spent acting on your behalf. It, therefore, follows that the more of
any transaction that you can agree directly with the other parties,
the cheaper your costs will be. It is unlikely, however, that your costs
for any Commercial Conveyancing transaction would be less than £500
plus VAT. We
would be pleased to give costs estimates for such transactions on request.
