Clifford Johnston & Co is able to provide advice funded by the Legal
Services Commission to clients who are financially eligible for public
funding. We hold contracts with the Legal Services Commission that enables
us to offer publicly funded advice in the following areas:
- Criminal Defence
- Housing
- Mental Health
- Immigration
- Civil disputes such as Claims Against the Police
For clients who are ineligible for public funding
we offer a fixed fee initial interview of 30 minutes for £50 plus
vat in all.
This is a diagnostic interview that enables us to take initial instructions
and provide initial, practical advice.
For private clients our charging rates are competitive and we will always
give an initial estimate of what the case will cost you. We accept payment
by cheque and by debit or credit card. |
