The Legal Services Commission have approved us as housing specialists and we are one of the few firms in the area able to provide advice and assistance under the public funding scheme (previously called legal aid) to clients with housing problems.

• Rent arrears and housing benefit problems
• Injunction proceedings and nuisance neighbour cases
• Disrepair problems
• Health problems caused by unfit housing
• Harassment and unlawful eviction

In most cases we can represent tenants at court. We also act for owner-occupiers facing mortgage possession proceedings.
