Our expertise covers a wide range of Mental Health law. In particular, we represent both parties and nearest relatives at Mental Health Review Tribunals and attend at Managers Hearings for patients detained under the Mental Health Act.

Free Legal Aid is available to cover the patient’s costs for representation at Tribunals. We are a Specialist Provider for Mental Health Law, on behalf of the Legal Services Commission.
