The circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic are fast-moving and unprecedented. As is the case with most businesses, we’re having to adapt the way that we work.
We are closely monitoring the situation and we are following all relevant Government advice to ensure that we are ready to adapt to the latest guidance. Our primary focus is on ensuring the health and wellbeing of all our staff and their families.
As the Coronavirus continues to spread we are undertaking a series of measures to protect our employees and provide continuity of support to our clients.
In light of the current situation, our offices do remain open and we are taking extra steps to clean the offices and manage risk and would ask people at risk or those most vulnerable not to attend. A number our solicitors are now working on a full or partial remote basis. We remain fully operational and able to support clients on all their matters thanks to our advanced technology and case management systems. All our systems are securely hosted in the cloud and remote working is commonplace within the business, so this ought to make no noticeable difference to operations and the service that we provide.
Where absolutely necessary we are still seeing clients face to face in the office and off-site and all cases are being properly managed and progressed throughout this difficult time.
