Naila Kosar qualified as a solicitor in 2006 having joined Clifford Johnston in 2002. She specialises in Immigration law providing advice and representation in all aspects of Immigration, Nationality, Asylum, EU, Human Rights and Public law.
Throughout her time with Clifford Johnston, Naila has conducted a variety of cases advising both commercial clients and individuals on all aspects of immigration law.
She advises on a number of immigration issues, including:
- individuals and families hoping to enter and remain in the UK (in all immigration categories, including EU law)
- individuals wishing to work, invest or study in the UK
- businesses, including Employers and Education providers on the Sponsor Licence Process
- illegal working and the Civil Penalty Regime
- British Citizenship
In addition, Naila provides Tribunal representation on appeal as well as extensive experience in Administrative and Judicial Review challenges.
Naila has a loyal client base and is instructed repeatedly by individuals due to her thorough approach and success rate.
Naila also provides immigration advice at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre as part of the Manchester Free Legal Advice Project. This is run by the University of Manchester and LawWorks every Friday from 2pm – 4pm.
