I have a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of private family law including advising in relation to divorce, and cohabitation disputes together with negotiating on complex financial settlements. I advise on all aspects of children law, including child arrangements, specific issue orders, prohibitive steps orders and parental responsibility. I am also able to advise on pre and post-nuptial agreements along with cohabitation agreements and cohabitee disputes. I deal with a range of different cases from a family breakdown with minimal assets to more wealthy clients with large capital assets.

I always seek to resolve family disputes in a constructive manner, adopting a robust and pragmatic approach, while providing clarity and support to clients, combined with a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes, always striving to ensure that each client’s case is dealt with both proportionally and cost effectively.
