Jemma Porter is a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in Summer 2025. She is currently a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel and represents clients at Tribunals on a weekly basis and has specialised in mental health work for some years.
The Law Society’s Mental Health Panel is a panel of accredited representatives set up by, and monitored by, the Law Society to ensure those representing detained patients have the relevant skills and qualities to effectively advocate for the detained. Jemma is proud to be on the panel and maintain the standards of the panel.
Jemma has represented clients for several years in this field, representing both civil & forensic clients extensively and has built up a wealth of experience. She is committed to ensuring that her clients receive excellent representation at what can be a very challenging time for them and ensuring that the most vulnerable people in our society, receive the representation that they should.
Outside of work, Jemma enjoys spending time with her family & is an avid reader.
Jemma is supervised by a Partner to ensure high level of client care and satisfaction.
